The Indianapolis Executive Airport is owned and operated by the Hamilton County Board of Aviation Commissioners. The Commissioners meet on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30PM in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville, Indiana. The public is invited to attend.
